These are highly encouraged.
However. There is just one rule Original Characters must follow.
They CANNOT have the Magatama currently linked to a STILL ACTIVE/LIVING Canon character. If the Canon Character is listed as having died, then their Magatama is up for claiming.
Available Magatama are on a first come, first served basis.
